• Womens Oktoberfest costume dress is made from stretch polyester fabric.
• The dress is black with a white undershirt.
• The bodice is black velveteen fabric with green ribbon trim details and gold piping under the bust that you can thread the included green ribbon through.
• A white undershirt is attached that has ruching across the bust, ruffle trim and puff sleeves.
• To allow for sizing flexibility, the dress features an elastic waistband.
• Attached black long line stretch polyester skirt features white lace trim at the base.
