Things you need to know before youplace theorder:

Booking and Payment

• Full Payment for Online Bookings: Full payment is required when booking online.
• Deposit Option: A deposit (50% of the total cost) can be paid in-store, over the phone, or via bank transfer. Bookings will only be confirmed once the payment clears.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 2 business days before the booking date.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 1 week before the booking date.

Party Hire Orders

• Order Notes: For party hire orders placed online, please specify the pick-up and return dates before checkout. Our staff will confirm your order after checking item availability.
• Local Delivery and Pick-Up: Available within the Sydney metro area. Delivery and pick-up fees are based on distance and must be arranged over the phone or via bank transfer. Provide the delivery and pick-up address for a cost quote.

Collection Requirements

• Hiring Form: Complete and bring two copies of the hiring form when picking up your order.
• Identification: Bring a personal ID and a valid credit card.
• Security Deposit:
  • Credit Card: We will keep your credit card information on the hiring form during the hire period. This information will be returned to you when the items are returned on time and in the same condition.
  • Cash Bond: If you prefer not to leave credit card information, a $200 cash bond per item is required. A 1.5% surcharge applies if paying the bond by card. Bonds are refundable if items are returned on time and in the same condition.

Hire Period and Extra Charges

• Hire Duration: Up to 32 hours. Pick-up is from 9 am to 6 pm on the booking day, and drop-off is from 10 am to 5 pm the following day.
• Early Pick-Up/Late Drop-Off: An extra charge of 20% per day of the total order applies for early pick-up or late drop-off.
